Sending orders to the EU
As you would expect, we are able to send your orders to the EU. Typically orders are sent on a DDU service (duties unpaid) whereby your customers have to pay their own taxes and duties when they receive their parcel.
If you have your own IOSS number then we can offer you some great rates to the EU using our Landmark delivery service.
But we can also effortlessly fulfil your orders to the EU on a DDP (duties paid) service meaning that your customers in the EU will not have to pay any local taxes or duties. Instead the taxes and duties are charged back to us – and we then add them to your invoice.
All you have to do is to make sure that you charge the taxes and duties to your customers when they check out.
Furthermore (and this is the key point) you do not need to be IOSS registered to use our DDP service. This is a huge benefit as it means that you do not need to have a fiscal representative in the EU.
The deliveries are undertaken by DHL / FedEx and there is full tracking available. So you can rest assured that your parcels are in good hands.
Please bear in mind that it can be problematic sending some items to the EU but this depends on the HS (customs) code. Please contact us and we can make enquiries for you.
