Fulfilment Matters has stored and shipped the products I design and sell on my e-commerce store for over 5 years. I have them manufacturered & delivered straight to the warehouse. Any products on pre-order are shipped out in large numbers straight away, then daily orders are automatically sent from my Shopify store to their system, packed and shipped Monday-Friday. They ship internationally, do packaging, paperwork and returns too. They do a great job. But the thing you'll find most important is the people there. Barry and his team are amazing people who care. They are willing to talk, meet up and think up new ways to do things that works for you and business. I'm so glad to have found them. And I'll work with them on anything I can.

Great team to work with - didn't want to stop using their fulfilment service but unfortunately we encountered a few supplier problems. Very friendly, happy to help and packaged our (glass) products very safely.
