Why Fulfilment Matters
E-commerce fulfilment is our business. We build trusted relationships and work in close partnership with our customers. And we will always act as custodians of your brand.
We provide local or global shipping services at extremely competitive rates.
You’ll be assigned a dedicated Account Manager who will oversee your project whether it be a one-off promotional campaign or long-term order fulfilment.
Our team are responsive and professional. Whether you prefer to communicate using email, WhatsApp or a phone call, we’ll be on hand. Our approach is proactive, so we’ll contact you to confirm progress, before stock runs low, and to simply keep you in the loop.
At Fulfilment Matters we endeavour to ensure that our warehouse runs as efficiently as possible. To enable us to do this we have implemented an extremely effective Warehouse Management System (WMS). This enables us to manage all of our stock and means that we can integrate with various shopping platforms in order to download customer orders. The software is constantly being updated and allows our business to develop as required.
Perhaps the most important aspect of our WMS is that it allows to pick our orders using barcode scanning technology – which means that our success rate is 98%+.
We have a space with your name on it
Based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, we have the facilities to receive your stock and store it in a clean, dry and secure warehouse. Whether you require a small space or large areas for multi-pallet deliveries, we can be flexible to your needs.
We source high-quality eco-packaging in a range of sizes. By ensuring that your goods are appropriately packed we can be confident that we won’t pay over the odds for the delivery, or receive customer complaints about excessive packaging.
So, whether your requirements are relatively modest, or you have thousands of items to dispatch, we can help. Our experienced team provide promotional fulfilment services to global brands, whilst also enabling small e-commerce operations to branch out from the spare room.

Barry – Managing Director
Barry has many years of experience in the fulfilment sector. His career started in the world of advertising followed by a stint at Coca-Cola. In 1999 he founded Handling Matters which he ran for 9 years. After selling the business, he took a brief break before setting up Fulfilment Matters in 2009 – still going strong and he loves every minute of it!
Monica – Account Manager
Monica joined Fulfilment Matters in 2020. She brings with her a great deal of knowledge and experience in both customer servicing and logistics management. Monica has a down to earth, calm approach to business and this is something that our customers very much appreciate.
Client Director – Australia
Richard – Client Director – Australasia
Richard is an experienced and well-respected executive who has worked across Europe, North America, Africa, Middle East and Australasia assisting leading global clients across multiple sectors.
Based in Sydney, Richard has worked with Fulfilment Matters for several years both as an advisor to the board and as our representative in Australia and Asia.
Naz – Finance Manager
Naz has been our book keeper since the company started in 2009. He also works for our sister company (Maersk) giving him a great understanding of the industry that we operate in. Nothing is too much bother for Naz. He’s probably the most important member of the team because he makes sure that we all get paid on time!
Cristian – Warehouse Supervisor
Cristian is our only Romanian team member and worked with us for over a year on a temporary basis before agreeing to join the team permanently. His key skills are a great attention to detail and a phenomenal work ethic.
Adam – ICT Manager
A self-confessed ‘techie’, Adam is our man for all things technical. With an extensive background in IT (including 5 years at our sister company, B2C Europe) we’ve never come across anything that Adam can’t fix. He has a great understanding of the fulfilment sector and his unique skillset enables us to offer really efficient solutions to our customers. He spends a lot of time helping Barry figure out the apps on his phone!
Julie – Administrator
Julie has been working behind the scenes since the business opened. She now has a much more hands on role and gets involved primarily in Customer Servicing and Operations. Her greatest joy is letting Barry think that he’s in charge.
