Our business Bristol CBD (the UK's most 'Trusted' CBD brand according to Trustpilot) made a decision (on the back of multiple referrals!) to outsource our dispatch / delivery service to Fulfilment Matters earlier this year...I can whole heartedly say that this has been one of the key driving factors that has helped us to continue scaling our services and output 👍 The service that we have received from Barry, Monica (dedicated Account Manager), Adam (Technical Support) & the wider teams on site has been exceptional. The level of care, attention to detail and transparency has been overwhelmingly positive. Our systems are technically complex (numerous digital systems & 50+ SKU's), so when we first proposed outsourcing as an option we made sure that in our screening process of speaking to fulfilment centres / businesses, that we partnered with a business that offered support in managing our technical integrations, and one that could scale as we scaled. Upon a site visit, we were met with positivity and clarity on processes. The staff onsite have great aptitude and diligence, and the overall business attitude towards 'looking after their staff' matched our values harmoniously! The service that Fulfilment Matters offers is not only of the highest standard, but crucially, there has been no negative impact in our customer experience at all. Fulfilment Matters has stored and shipped the products I design and sell on my e-commerce store for over 5 years. I have them manufacturered & delivered straight to the warehouse. Any products on pre-order are shipped out in large numbers straight away, then daily orders are automatically sent from my Shopify store to their system, packed and shipped Monday-Friday. They ship internationally, do packaging, paperwork and returns too. They do a great job. But the thing you'll find most important is the people there. Barry and his team are amazing people who care. They are willing to talk, meet up and think up new ways to do things that works for you and business. I'm so glad to have found them. And I'll work with them on anything I can.

Barry and the team at Fulfilment Matters have been superb. After being hugely let down by a previous fulfilment provider, we were in a tough situation and needed a smooth and reliable transition to a new fulfilment centre for our online poster store MES Posters.
