Customer Service – it’s so important!
Fulfilment Matters is a specialist fulfilment provider to small and medium sized e-commerce businesses. We can despatch your parcels within the UK or to any other part of the globe via our despatch network. And we will fulfil your orders as if they were our own.
Once your e-commerce fulfilment orders start flowing in, I can assure you that we will pick, pack and despatch them quickly and accurately. It’s what we do and, like most other fulfilment companies, we’re good at it.
The key difference that you’ll notice with us immediately is the emphasis that we place on great customer service. There is nothing more frustrating than working with an organisation that you can’t get hold of – quickly. And it’s even more frustrating if your Account Manager is not that interested when you do manage to get hold of them.
We get approached by potential customers on a weekly basis – and many of them tell us of the poor customer service experiences that they have had with other fulfilment companies. This will not happen with Fulfilment Matters.
You will find that our team is easy to get hold of and is extremely pro-active and responsive.
This will give you an idea of what you can expect from us if were to work together:
- Every delivery is booked in on our Warehouse Management System and confirmed to you electronically
- All orders are pulled automatically from your shopping platform via our WMS
- All orders received by 1pm are fulfilled on the same day
- If anything is unclear then we will contact you before fulfilling the order
- If you e-mail us during the working day then we will come back to you asap – typically in less than 1 hour
- Zoom/Teams/phone calls can be organised if you need to discuss any aspect of your business
- Many of our customers like to visit us and see their stock. Feel free to do so.
- We undertake regular rotational stock counts and will be in touch if there are any discrepancies.
We really will act as though we were part of your team. Which, of course, we are.
